Q1. How long will delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days in metro cities and 4–7 business days in other areas.

Q2. Do you sell original cubes?
✅ Yes! We only sell 100% authentic, Unused, Sealed branded cubes directly sourced from manufacturers. No fakes or duplicates.

Q3. What if I get a defective or wrong item?
No worries! You’re covered by our 7-day easy return policy. Contact support with your order ID and proof, and we’ll arrange a replacement/refund.

Q4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is available for orders above ₹499 (within India).

Q5. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once packed, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

Q6. Do cubes come pre-lubed? or provide setup
Most cubes are factory-lubed for smooth turning. For the best performance, we recommend using our cube lube (available in the store).
👉 At the moment, we don’t offer pre-setup services — all cubes are shipped brand new, unopened, and unused, so you get the fresh out-of-the-box experience with every purchase.

Q7. Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?
Yes, we offer Partial COD at checkout.

• A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your order.
• The remaining balance can be paid at the time of delivery.
• An additional ₹60 fee is charged by courier partners for COD service.

Q8. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you can apply for a return if unused; return charges are applicable.
