Description

QiYi Smart Timer (Bluetooth) – Precision Timing for Faster, Smarter Solves

The QiYi Smart Timer (Bluetooth) is a powerful training companion designed for speedcubers who want to track progress accurately, analyze performance, and improve solve times with real data. Whether you are a beginner learning consistent timing habits or an advanced cuber preparing for competitions, this smart timer bridges the gap between traditional stackmat timers and modern app-based performance analysis.

• At its core, the QiYi Smart Timer offers highly responsive touch sensors that ensure accurate time recording with every solve. The moment you place your hands on the pads and lift them to begin, the timer reacts instantly, capturing precise results down to the millisecond. This responsiveness makes it suitable for serious practice sessions where consistency and accuracy matter just as much as speed.
• What sets this timer apart is its built-in Bluetooth functionality. By connecting seamlessly to the QiYi mobile app on your smartphone, the timer transforms into a complete digital training system. Once paired, every solve is automatically synced to the app, allowing you to store, review, and analyze your times without manual entry. This saves time and eliminates human error, especially during long practice sessions.
• The QiYi app provides detailed statistics such as averages of 5, 12, and 100, session history, best times, and performance trends over time. For cubers aiming to break personal records or identify weaknesses in specific solves, this data becomes extremely valuable. Instead of guessing where you are losing time, you can clearly see patterns and focus your practice more effectively.
• Another thoughtful addition is the included QiYi smartphone stand. This stand allows you to position your phone at a comfortable viewing angle during practice, making it easy to check times, review stats, or record solves for later analysis. Whether you practice on a desk, table, or mat, the stand keeps your setup clean and distraction-free.

The timer itself is compact, lightweight, and easy to carry, making it ideal for home practice, club meets, and competitions. With an item weight of just 95 grams and a gross weight of 211 grams including packaging, it fits easily into a backpack or cube bag. The build quality is solid, ensuring durability even with frequent use.

Powering the timer is simple and convenient, as it runs on standard AAA batteries. This means you don’t need to worry about charging cables or battery degradation over time. While the batteries are not included, replacements are inexpensive and widely available, making the timer reliable for long-term use.
