mcubes India is committed to delivering your orders across India. We partner with reliable third-party logistics providers to ensure your products reach you in a timely and secure manner. Currently, we do not ship internationally.
2. Shipping Charges
We offer a simple and transparent shipping fee structure:
- Free Shipping: All orders with a total value of ₹499 or more qualify for free shipping.
- Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee of ₹50 will be applied at checkout.
3. Order Processing
Once you place an order, our team works quickly to get it ready for shipment.
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
- Gift cards will be processed automatically and receiver will receive the cards immediately to the given email.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
The estimated delivery time is generally 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch. Please be aware that this is an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary based on your specific location, local logistics, and public holidays. Delivery to remote or rural areas may take a few extra days.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active and visible on the courier’s website.
6. Cancellation and Order Changes
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order number. Once your cancellation request is received and the order has not yet been shipped, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. The refund will be initiated within 3-5 business days.
Order Changes
If you need to make changes to your order, such as updating the shipping address or modifying items, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only accommodate these changes if the order has not yet been processed for shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot modify the contents or the shipping address.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional charges that may arise from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for the reshipping costs.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
We take great care in packing your order to prevent damage. However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please follow these steps:
- For Damaged Shipments: If you receive a damaged package, please do not accept the delivery. Instead, take photos of the damaged box and contact our customer support team immediately.
- For Lost Shipments: If you do not receive your order within 15 business days of the shipping date, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the courier service to locate your package and find a resolution, which may include reshipping your order or issuing a refund.
