Hello and welcome to mcubes India, a platform meticulously curated by Hello Bugs Entertainment (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”). This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations of orders and services placed on the mcubes website (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
By placing an order or using our services on the Platform, You (“You” or “User”) agree to the cancellation policies outlined in this document. If You do not agree with this Policy, please refrain from using the Platform.
1. Order Cancellations
a. General: You may cancel an order for products available on the Platform subject to the terms outlined in this Policy.
b. Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 2 days from the time the order is placed. After this period, cancellations may not be possible. Cancellation is not possible if the item has been despatched or Shipped.
c. Cancellation Process: To cancel an order, please reach us at howdy@themcubes.in
d. Refunds: If You cancel an order within the specified cancellation window, any payments made will be refunded to Your original payment method within 5-7 at no extra cost.
e. Replacement: If you are looking for a replacement for a new item, we will be able to proceed with a new product once we receive the previous item in its original condition including original packing and accessories.
e.1. Once we receive the previous item, We may inspect the new item before sending it to make sure that the product doesn’t contain any issue and we will issue for sending the new item, and expected to arrive within 5-7 working days. The seal of the cube might be broken or removed to inspect the package.
e.2. Once the replacement process has been started, we won’t be able to accept a refund.
e.3. We will grant the request once the previous item has been received and if the item has any missing part or not as mentioned, you may not qualify for a new item and the received product will be sent back.
2. Services Cancellations
a. General: Services booked or scheduled through the Platform are subject to the terms outlined in this section.
b. Cancellation Window: Service bookings can be canceled within 2 days from the time the booking was made. After this period, cancellations may not be possible even if the order is shipped in some cases.
c. Cancellation Process: To cancel an order, please contact customer support at howdy@themcubes.in.
d. Refunds: If You cancel an order within the specified cancellation window, any payments made will be refunded to Your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
e. Pre-Orders: The Pre-order or back order purchase are final won’t be refunded.While makking a purching of pre-order item make sure to check the estimate date of arrival to us, shipping will be possible only once the item receive with us. Estimate date not accurate and subjected to change and not available to cancel after paid. The estimate date of cart and checkout on the cart and checkout page cannot be considered for the pre-order item and actual date are shown in the product page of each. individual item.
3. Exceptions
a. Customized or Personalized Products/Services: Cancellations may not be possible for products or services that have been customized, Pre-order product or personalized to your specifications.
b. Digital Products: Cancellations for digital products (e.g., downloadable content such as courss) may not be possible once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
4. Changes to Orders
a. If you wish to make changes to an order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible after a certain point.
