3. Cancellation Window
An order can be canceled only within a specific timeframe to ensure smooth logistics and processing.
- Timeframe: You can cancel your order within 2 days (48 hours) from the time the order was placed or before the item has been dispatched from our warehouse, whichever comes first.
- Post-Dispatch: Once an order has been marked as “dispatched” and a tracking number has been shared with you, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled. If you still wish to return the product, you will need to follow our separate return and refund policy once the product is delivered to you.
4. Exceptions: Non-Cancellable Items
Please be aware that certain categories of products are not eligible for cancellation due to their nature. These exclusions are in place for safety, hygiene, or a commitment to quality.
- Pre-Orders & Back-Orders: Orders for items placed on pre-order or back-order are considered a final commitment and cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed. The estimated arrival date is provided on the product page for your reference.
- Customized or Personalized Products: Any product that has been custom-made or personalized to your specific instructions is not eligible for cancellation, as it cannot be resold.
- Digital Products: Once a digital product (e.g., a software license, downloadable content, or gift card) has been purchased or its access link has been shared, it cannot be canceled.
- Hygiene Products: Products such as intimate wear, cosmetics, or any item that falls under a hygiene-sensitive category may not be eligible for cancellation after the order has been placed for public health reasons.
5. Refunds for Canceled Orders
- Full Refund: If your order is successfully canceled within the cancellation window, a full refund of the amount paid will be processed.

- Cancellation Fees: While we do not impose a cancellation fee for a single, timely request, we reserve the right to deduct a nominal fee of 50 or 5% of the order value (whichever is greater) for multiple or repeated cancellations to cover administrative and processing costs. This helps us combat fraudulent activities and ensure fair usage of our services.
6. Handling Damaged or Defective Products
Although we take great care in packaging and shipping, in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you have the right to a full refund or a replacement.
- Refusing Delivery: You have the right to refuse acceptance of an order at the time of delivery if you find the product’s outer packaging to be tampered with or visibly damaged.
